Terms and notices
This site shows what we sell and how to reach us. It is not a quotation and not a contract.
Quotations and prices
No price, package, lead time, deposit or warranty appears on this site, because we do not publish one. Everything is quoted for the individual job after we know the room, and a quotation is valid only in the form we send it to you.
Customer reviews
The six reviews on this site are customers’ own words, quoted in full and unedited, with the public display name each platform shows. We read them from our public Google and Facebook listings on 19 September 2026. Nothing has been trimmed, corrected or merged, and no review has been written or commissioned by us. Google does not show an individual star rating to a logged-out reader, so none is shown; the 4.4 and the 96% are the platforms’ own aggregate figures on that date.
Things a reviewer mentions
Where a reviewer mentions something they received, that was their experience at the time of their review. It is not an offer, and it is not available on request.
Staff named in reviews
Some reviews name members of our staff. Those are the customers’ words. We do not publish a staff list and nobody named in a review on this site is being put forward here as a representative.
Photographs of our work
Photographs of finished kitchens, wardrobes, altar cabinets, feature walls and rooms on this site are work we supplied and, where it is fitted work, installed. They carry our own watermark and are shown whole and uncropped. Two images on this site illustrate the kind of work we do rather than a particular job, and are not captioned as a customer installation.
Other brands
Brand names visible in a photograph belong to their owners. Our premises share a row with other businesses whose signboards appear in the photographs of the building; those are not our brands. RUCCA® ITALY is the cabinet brand we work with.
Showroom and delivery
Showroom hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday. We deliver across West Malaysia and to Singapore; whether a particular address is covered is confirmed when we quote.
Your privacy
This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from another site and collects nothing about you. If you message, call or email us, we use what you send only to answer you.
